Utata-P atau t. Komine adalah musisi prefesional. T. Komine adalah orang yang paling berperan dalam Vocaloid trans. Mesti ia musisi prefesional, dia tak sendirian untuk membuat lirik lagu-lagu Vocaloid.
Susah mencari info tetang Utata-P, namun saya akan mencarinya terus dan terus. Dan akhir yang memuaskan, Yamaha Crypton mewawancarai t. Komine. Yamaha Crypton bertanya bagaimana nama "UTATA-P" terbentuk, dengan singkat dan jelas t. Komine menjawab, "Well... I'm hesitated to tell you this, but I will. I'm not good at writing a lyric at all, so I composed a music and let Miku sing it with only "U" and "Ta" sound, and uploaded onto Nico Nico Douga." Dan saya paling suka dengan pertanyaan Yamaha Crypton tetang lagu "This is the Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee" karena itu adalah salah satu lagu favorit saya. t. Komine menjawab, "First of all, I tried to compose something that uses environmental sounds and noises, to form up some techno rhythm. And then I was thinking of adding something totally new into my sound for my challenge. Finally, I've come up to a speech. I don't know why I decided to add it, though."
